Shipping COULD be delayed due to COVID-19. We are working diligently to fill all orders in a timely manner. By clicking below, you acknowledge your part(s) may have a delay in shipping at no fault of Southern Farm Equipment.
We sell new parts (unless stated otherwise). Our parts are NEW replacement /after-market parts,not original equipment. These parts replace the original parts and sometimes may not look like the original parts.Brand names are used only for identification purposes.

Our goal is to send you the correct parts for your tractor which you request. We ask that you supply us with as much information about your tractor as possible (i.e. make,model,serial number,fuel type , etc).If you are unsure of the correct part for your tractor,please contact us.
We require that you get a RMA (RETURNED MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) number before sending back anything.Please email us for this return number.
20 per-cent restock fee on all eligible returns.
No returns after 30 days from date of invoice
No returns will be accepted unless transportation charges have been prepaid.
No refunds on electrical items.
No refund on parts that have been damaged or installed.
Refunds on returned parts will not be handled on a C.O.D. refund basis. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection.
No refunds If a part is damaged due to improper installation.
We will not send you a return label if your parts are damaged during installation.
Special order items may not be returned for any reason.
We will be liable only for the replacement cost of the part purchased from us should any damage occur. We will not be held responsible for any damage to machine,labor cost,or additional parts replacement cost.
We will not refund shipping charges for unwanted or incorrectly ordered items.
Defective parts: If a part is found to be defective, we will either repair it or exchange it for a new part at no cost to you.
We are not liable for shipment/return labels on ANY parts that are ordered incorrectly by the customer.
Southern Farm Equipment is not responsible for ANY ''Import fees" / "Import Taxes" shipping out of state for ANY reason.
Shipping: We often offer free shipping on some parts. These free shipping offers are valid only to the continental US (excluding Ak,Hi,Pr).
